Middle East Gases Association (MEGA), a non-profit organisation, brings together the globally and locally operating companies in the Middle East region with the objective to raise the standard of safety and environmental care across this region in the use and handling of Industrial Gases. Furthermore, it aims to have close liaison with national authorities, in order to work towards the highest level of safety and environmental care across the Middle East region. MEGA participates in the harmonization of standards across the gas industry on a global level by working in co-operation with the other regional associations, namely, EIGA (Europe), CGA (USA), BCGA (UK), AIGA (Far East), ANZIGA (Australia & New Zealand), SACGA (Southern Africa) and ISO(Global).
